Important information

Fees
For each car finance claim we represent, we offer to work under a type of "No Win-No Fee" Agreement called a non-contentious business agreement. You may cancel the agreement at no charge within 14 days of signing the agreement. Under the agreement if you abide by your responsibilities and do not terminate our engagement prematurely (and after 14 days), then you only pay a capped fee if we are successful with your claim(s) i.e. you win and compensation is paid). However, if we are unsuccessful with your claim and you do not cancel the agreement you pay no fee.
Please refer to our Client Care Pack ("CCP") which sets out your rights to cancel after 14 days or if you do not abide by the terms of the Agreement, we could charge a fee. Any fee would be calculated on the time we have spent on your claim and charged at an hourly rate. To make sure our fees are fair and transparent, we apply the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA") Claims Management Fee Rules 2024, with the fee set to the compensation Band your claim(s) falls into. The fee charged on monies recovered will be the lesser of the percentage fee or the maximum charge for that Band plus Value Added Tax ("VAT"). The relevant Bands are listed below. This table sets out the fees excluding VAT. VAT will be payable at the prevailing rate at the time.
We have put some examples below to illustrate how we take our fees depending on the compensation obtained on a claim (these examples assume VAT remains at 20%):

- £1,000 compensation falls under Band 1 (30%) so a fee of £300 + VAT
- £2,700 compensation falls under Band 2 (28%) so a fee of £756 + VAT
